So I watched Monte Carlo

It's not a good movie, but neither is Transformers 3, and Monte Carlo has a much more tolerable level of Leighton Meester. And she alternates between being snarky and smiling, dancing, laughing... same principle as watching a cute cat video on the internet, only I don't want to have sex with a cat.


The exception that proves the rule.

1. Catherine Tate is in this movie.
2. Catherine Tate's cleavage is in this movie.
3. The Lost guy does the music, so every so often the soundtrack has a Jack Attack.

Also, I spent the entire movie thinking that Leighton Meester's love interest was Thor. And really, Thor and Blair Waldorf would be the ultimate power couple. He could deal with supervillains and she could deal with teenage girls, so between the two of them, they've got 95% of the universe's evil handled (sorry, teenagers, but Twilight? Really? Really?). And c'mon, who doesn't want to see Chuck just get smashed right the fuck in the face by the God of Thunder?

P.S. Yes, Leighton Meester and Ruby from Supernatural are totally gay for each other.

Speaking as someone who wrote a Sucker Punch girl-peen fic, Santana/Kurofsky is just wrong. And sick

Most porn fics are filled with characters who arbitrarily hook up, change characterizations on a dime to fit the "storyline," and speak glaringly bad dialogue. So you'd think setting one in Glee would make for a fic that's very faithful to canon. Unfortunately, instead of being "Glee with sex," the fic World of Quinn is more like "Glee with brain damage and crippling self-esteem issues."
