These post titles keep getting more and more creative, don't they?
So I've been seeing some chatter on web forums that, since Nolan's movies tend to... lack an emphasis on sexuality? He may not be the best at portraying the sexual side of Catwoman's character, hurting the film and the Bruce/Selina relationship. Whereas me, I think that's more likely to be a good thing than a bad thing. If Nolan has a take on Catwoman that's more than "we need a female character who dresses like a hooker," it's to the movie's advantage. If there's a metaphor or plot that works because Catwoman is involved, that's a lot better than "we need a love interest and Catwoman's popular. Get me Blake Lively!" I know this is extremely unscientific, but here's a quick study.
Batman Returns: Emphasis on how Bruce Wayne and Selina Kyle are connected/separated by their respective psychological issues.
Catwoman: Emphasis on how Halle Berry and that guy from Law & Order are connected via... tits! Tits! Tits!
I think we can all agree which was the best movie.
I'm just saying, I don't think Bruce Wayne would have any trouble picking up chicks, given that he looks like Christan Bale, has a gazillion dollars, and you can't really go more bad boy than "wanted by the entire police department." For anyone to take a relationship between Batman and Catwoman seriously, it has to be more than her having her catsuit mostly unzipped.

But as I asked on my LJ (http://afro-dyte.livejournal.com/80460.html), how do you go about making her as compelling as the Joker? That's a tough act to follow!
Personally, I would love for her to be evil. I would love for her to be deeply psychotic in a way that does not revolve around romantic attachments to men. But that's neither here nor there. Of course, my scenario went the Fatal Attraction route (namely because I'm a bit sick of het relationships onscreen).
