I think that sounds a lot more like Harley Quinn, to be honest. If you're going to turn Catwoman, who most of the audience likes as a morally gray vigilante in a pseudo-relationship with Batman, into a sadistic serial killer (and I can't buy any version of Batman being attracted to such a woman, especially Nolan's), then you might as well stop calling her Catwoman.
