I wrote a quick article on how the fourth season of Fringe not only shortchanged what came before, but also demoted Olivia past Peter as the show's hero. Ta-da!

And while I'm on the subject of Fringe, okay, first Olivia was in love with John Scott, then she got involved with Peter, then she fell for Lincoln Lee, then Peter again? What, does this chick have a fetish for partners? I mean, doesn't the FBI see that as a little unprofessional? And I'm sorry, but that journey into Olivia's mind looked like it was done with Taiwanese CGI animation. God, I know you're on a budget, but be creative, use Flash animation or something.

Also, did that "This is the man that's going to kill me" thing go anywhere, or did we just cut to black before she said "In this novel I'm writing based on my work with Fringe Division"?

Strictly speaking, only Peterless-timeline Liv was interested in Lee. When she started getting overwritten with Liv Classic, she was back in love with Peter. Besides, we know Over Here Liv has serious emotional issues.

According to Seriable in Question 8, Man X was Bell.

http://seriable.com/fringe-season-4-questions-answered/

"Answered: Man X is William Bell. In “Brave New World: Part 1″, it was revealed that Bell was the designer of the nanite compound bearing the X signature — the same that Man X was seen wearing in 3.19. Therefore, Man X was the representation of Bell that Olivia’s mind projected."

Uh...huh?
