Emma Frost porno being created, irony calling in sick

Okay, so she shares the spotlight with Zatanna, Catwoman, and Supergirl, in sort of a Disney Princesses deal. Still. I'm the only one weirded out by this, right? Having a character as sexualized as Emma Frost actually being in a porno is like, I don't know, O.J. Simpson writing a book about murdering his wife. It makes you feel like the universe has rolled a one.

That said, it's apparently a POV porn (think a first-person shooter, only someone decided there should be a naked chick in the middle... actually, I think I just successfully biopic-ed the genesis of the POV porn), so if you put a red filter over the screen, you've got the best Cyclops videogame ever.

Alexis Texas (that's a porn name? Sounds more like a bootleg Dr. Seuss character) better be in-character, is all I'm saying. "Oh, you'd probably rather be watching a Jean Grey stag film, wouldn't you? Well let me tell you something: don't let the red hair fool you, that woman is dead under the waist even after a resurrection."

You know, I really don't get the point of 3D porn. I've never particularly liked POV porn, anyway, and honestly... will the 3D effects really add anything? (Not to mention that red/blue glasses 3D doesn't work well for me, because either I have to manually hold the glasses in front of my prescription ones, or tuck them in behind and have them brushing my eyelashes...)

I find this... mildly horrifying, and yet it makes me somewhat less awkward about the last time I was looking for a picture of a girl who looked vaguely like Emma Frost (for Art! Not for anything else!) and did a Google Image search for 'strippers.'

It was effective.
