Warehouse 13 Season 2

I don't know, the second season disappointed me a bit. They wussed out on both of the big cliffhangers (Artie not dead? Okay, convenient, but fine. Leena being mind-controlled? Yeah, also puppies never die, they're just collected by a jolly millionaire who's devoted his fortune to building a national park for puppies to play in). And unlike the way season one was structured, with the Claudia story arc leading into the MacPherson story arc, this was just "oh, hey, Helena is everyone's friend, WAIT SHE ISN'T." I realize the genre savvy are hard to please, but did anyone expect that to end well, especially with no other overarching plot in the offing? They really needed a red herring, at least.
So, here's my idea. Okay, season two, Artie survives by almost insultingly convenient coincidence. Leena isn't mind-controlled and isn't uncovered—-her frame-job of Claudia as a sleeper agent continues to be a source of concern through the season. Also, Leena continues to be the enemy within-—it's not much, but it gives the actress something to do. Even if she's just bringing the boys tea, it could always be EVIL TEA.
And yes, I know the reason Leena wasn't in most of the season was because she was pregnant, it's my fan-wank, let's just pretend she was on the pill. Just like I do when I fan-wank about Jeph Loeb's mom.
By the third episode, Helena is jockeying to get back intoMyka's pants the Warehouse, and by the middle of the season, she's in. Then everything goes to hell, with Leena springing her evil plot. Helena is in on it, but because Leena told her there was a way to bring Christine back--bad, but not destroying-the-world bad. Then Helena finds out that Leena was either lying to her or the price to get Christine back would be too high, so she turns against Leena. She's still untrustworthy and taken into custody by the Regents, but her redemption plot is much easier to get off the ground and there's some lingering doubts as to whether they can trust her when the Christine card is still on the table.
As for Leena, MacPherson had a line about using the Artifacts for good, but was clearly more about selling dangerous shit to the highest bidder. But that could be the Venn diagram of their partnership, with Leena being a well-intentioned extremist who wants to turn the Artifacts loose on the world. It's better motivation than "I love running a bed and breakfast!"
