So, is it just me, or can you find out who wrote which story on Yuletide simply by searching for a given user's name on AO3 and then seeing what Yuletide fic pops up that isn't addressed to said user?

But that's only useful for looking up what your friends wrote. And not, um, for other things one might need it for.

FYI, and answering here: I was reminded that this a known issue, but the fix for it is very complex, and it was decided that it isn't major enough to warrant the effort spent, at this point. It's the equivalent to shaking your gifts to find out what you're getting before you open them. *g* So, yes, people can find out who has written what stories, before the reveal, but we hope they'll choose not to, or be so distracted browsing by fandom that they won't think of it....
