seriousficSo tonight's Lost was all about the Big Gay Love Story of Clare and Kate, Aaron's Mommies (it was also about the Big Gay Alternate Universe of Sawyer And Miles, Partners, but who's blog is this anyway?).
See, at first I was thinking it was kind of silly that Lost introduced this canon 'happyverse' and that it was contrived that there could be so many butterfly effects from sinking the island (Jack has a fucking SON!). But now I realize the alternate universe is a place where Jacob didn't exist and so never manipulated any of our crew's lives. I have a feeling our guys are gonna take one look at the mirror universe of awesome happiness and go "fuck Jacob." Except for Sayid, who will go "Braaaaaains."
Speaking of fucking Jacob, Locke! (Does anyone else think it's kind of silly that everyone is referring to him as Locke even though they know it's NotLocke, instead of saying "Do you have a nickname or uh... Hey, make Locke's voice sing Jesse's Girl!") His pimp hand is strong, which it hasn't been since season two!
Look at him, playing some kind of badass New God Marriage Ref with Clare and Kate. He's just like "you two crazy kids need to simmer down before I take you off this island. I'll tell you what, do you think I would've ended up as a smoke monster for ten thousand years if my gay moms HADN'T fought?" And then Clare was all "ILU, BB, I don't care if you picked a shitty preschool for Aaron to go to!" And Kate was just "It's cool that you put a knife to my throat, because the Juliet ship has sailed, you're the only one who I want to get handcuffed with me and mudwrestle." Then they kissed with extra tongue. It was pretty neat.
