I'd have to go with Emma Frost/Power Girl, too, if only because that's the only pairing with Emma I haven't seen you do yet. The Spider pairings I leave alone because I've seen you do variations of them before . . . not that you don't do an awesome job with them. And Kurt/Emma sounds like fun, but I'm feeling the femslash more tonight.
