I'm toying with the idea of a Batman Begins AU where Rachel Dawes' character role is split between Leslie Thompkins as girl-who-disapproves-of-Bruce's-vigilantism and Harvey Dent as the childhood friend (I would say Tommy Elliot, but... Hush sucks, let's be honest). And while I'm at it, Bruce does kill (well, you know, "kill") the real Ra's Al Ghul in Tibet, it's Talia Al Ghul who comes to Gotham for revenge. They're just two crazy kids trying to live up to their dead daddies' dreams!

Point of order is whether the fic is an interesting thought experiment or a full-fledged story.

Also, I really need a better Batman icon.
