Actually, according to the Nolanverse interpretation of Ra's, Talia would now BE Ra's.
Which is why I long for her more than I do Catwoman, or even Huntress(babs is kinda the main reason I got into DC comics in the first place, so, you know...) because, by the rules he created, she'd be the badass supervillain with hordes of minions.
