I feel like Frank Miller is our world's equivalent of the Nolanverse Joker. He's just been... spontaneously generated by the comic book industry's wank and craziness. If you shot him, he'd just draw upon Reginald Hudlin's Black Panther run and regenerate like the T-1000.
