seriousficMan of Steel - Introduces Superman, has cameo by Batman at the end (or some such).
World's Finest - Officially reboots Batman, introducing him in a buddy-cop dynamic with Superman. (Maybe having him tell Superman his origin, since most people who know Bruce already know about his parents, so Superman learning about Batman first and having to be told his deal by Bruce himself would be a big thing.) Some mild Darkseid feelers, like them both working an Intergang case and meeting in the middle.
No Trinity movie - I just don't think there's an audience for it in the same way there is for World's Finest. Everyone knows Superman and Batman are bros, but Wondy? Ehhhh. I'm worried it'll turn into a love triangle situation. So, instead, make Wonder Woman the Thor of the group--the one with the personal connection to the villain, so in effect Justice League is a de facto sequel to Wonder Woman.
This is pretty easy. Sure, Darkseid is technically a Superman rogue, but he has a relationship with Diana. So!
Wonder Woman - Origin movie. Diana fights a villain who's connected with Darkseid, which is pretty easy since he's an evil god. Circe or Cheetah could get their powers from him, as could Ares (by switching allegiance from the Greek pantheon to Apokolips). And Artemis could've been corrupted by him, just to make it personal.
The Flash, Green Lantern, Aquaman, Hawkman movies - As necessary. Since Darkseid has so many Generals, it'd be easy to incorporate them into the plots. Have Glorious Godfrey rallying anti-hero sentiment, or Desaad acting as Black Manta's interrogator. Only at the end do we see they're all really working for someone else. Also, introduce Barda and Scott a la Hawkeye and Black Widow in the Marvel movies.
Justice League - Diana or J'onn rallies the team, big fight against Darkseid. Maybe have Big Barda acting as a Loki figure, paving the way for Darkseid to come to Earth, then getting redeemed and turning against him in the last act. ALL I ASK FOR FROM IS A JLA MOVIE IS THAT AT SOME POINT GINA CARONO WEARS BATTLE ARMOR.
