Ummm, Bo? Sweetie? Saskia forced Dyson, your boyfriend, to have sex with her. I don't know how that works in Canada, with your free healthcare and your snow, but in Texas, we call that rape. Please stop making jokes about it and insisting that there's good in her. She raped your boyfriend, GOD.

Also, your reaction to the revelation that Saskia has fucking sex slaves should not be "What a cool trick!" I mean, Jesus Christ, imagine that scene if Bo and Saskia were both men being waited on by a bevy of scantily-clad women (ever notice how scantily-clad women are always a bevy? Is it one of those "school of fish/murder of crows" things?).

ETA: Also, let me get Saskia's master plan right. She kills a Light Elder, putting the Light Fae on red alert, then when they're meeting to discuss the problem, one of her men strolls into the conference room and blows himself up. So, the leadership of the Light Fae has less security than the sales floor at Best Buy. Wouldn't it make more sense for one of the Light Elders to be in her thrall, and then he blows himself up instead of some random pretty boy getting past magical security? That took like two minutes to come up with...

A "bevy" usually refers to a group of quail (or birds in general). So maybe scantily clad women come in a bevy because they are "chicks"?

I haven't watched Lost Girl, but your points make it seem really offensive....

The writers room for Lost Girl really needs someone who will go "Okay, let's all take a step back now. Does this scene we just wrote make sense?"

Because I defended Saskia when she killed that Dark Fae guy, but Bo's reactions this ep were ridiculous.

"She's my mother!"

"Um, she's murdering people left and right, she damn near killed your boyfriend, she's lied to you hardcore, and she's keeping a bunch of sex slaves."

"But she's my mother!"

You know, evil people who need to be taken down have kids too.


I've said it before but I'll say it again: Lost Girl is two distinct, different shows. A diligent editor could probably easily make the edit with the episodes aired and split them into two coherent distinct shows. but trying to service the narrative dictates of both shows within one show makes the show and the characters incoherent.
