So some special snowflake is complaining about my Gaila icon, the one which I've had since the damn movie came out and which no one has complained about? And it's on Scans_Daily, where they do for the slightest insinuation of political correctness what John Lithgow does for dancing, so I can't just fire back with a NO U macro as I dearly wish to. At least it saves me the trouble of picking out which gif expresses my thoughts, but really, if you're a mod, shouldn't you be above picking on people? Like, that's your one job, not to encourage wank. But anyway, good luck to her on making the internet safe for complete pussies.

Wasn't scansdaily the place that had the giant hissy fit because someone said transsexual women look mannish, and proceeding to post a giant diatribe suggesting that comment was the equivalent of a trans woman being physically assaulted on the MARTA?

I must admit - I found "transwomen look mannish" to be kinda ignorant... but I also think its like getting upset over "African Americans have darker skin than Caucasions".

The thing is, I wasn't even talking about race. I was just posting a link to a video of Captain America being badass, and I used a Gaila icon because she's smiling in it and Cap being badass similarly makes me feel good. It's like she's trying to fill a racewank quota.

I'm conflicted.

On the one hand;

It's a cute joke, being as how Gaila is green-- but yanno.

We like to keep our sekret clubhouse fort to ourselves, especially when we feel as if that's the only thing we actually own.
