If you're an avid viewer of Legend of the Seeker, like director Steven Spielberg or famed Russian novelist Nikolai Leskov, you may have wondered "seriousfic, why are there badass guitar licks every time something bitchin' happens? Aren't they in the Middle Ages or something?"

Well, first off, stop directing your inner monologue at me, it's creepy. But yes, that soundtrack is a bit anachronistic. Unless Richard INVENTED ROCK & ROLL!!!

The LotS soundtracks's a real call back to all those 80s fantasy epics with the ridiculous electric licks going on the background. I don't know, I like the atmosphere it provides. It's nostalgic! Like LadyHawke, or Krull. There ain't no school like the old school, you know.
