There can be only one Head Bitch In Charge

seriousficI look at the nominees for Head Bitch In Charge, Round 2, and I wonder how anyone could vote for anyone but Emma Frost. Let's break this down.
Head: Someone in charge. The leader. A lot of nominees are clearly subordinate to someone. Leaving aside cases like Donna Noble, who is arguably 'the boss' of the Doctor, anyone can see that Zoe Washburn, Eowyn, and Katara are not the heads of anything. Emma Frost, on the other hand, is headmistress of the Xavier Institute for Gifted Youngsters.
Bitch: This has a lot of definitions, but I'll go with the one pioneered by Tina Fey: Bitches get things done. As a member of the X-Men, Emma is famously willing to do things which other X-Men will not, such as immoral uses of telepathy and murder. Juliet Burke? She's still crying over how Sawyer loves her, but he might stop loving her.
In Charge: Again, Emma Frost is not only the head bitch, but she is the leader of the X-Men, to whom all other bitches are subordinate (we may give Scott an honorary "Head Bastard In Charge" medal just to be nice). Laura Roslin might be a head bitch, but she's just one in a field of head bitches like Helena Cain and even Kara Thrace. Emma is the head bitch IN CHARGE.
P.S. Where the fuck is Barbara Gordon? No effing way can any fan think that Rose Tyler is more of an HBIC than Oracle.
