How so? Superman doesn't do anything outside of normal human limits, just with added flying, etc. We never even see him do a split and any time he does any sort of acrobatics it's in the air, which ANTM has taught us that anyone can do on wires.
I think it's actually kinda prejudice of you to talk as though a parkour guy couldn't be able to act. I mean, fuck, even Johnny Depp started out as a musician before considering acting. People can be multi-talented.
