I'd just like to share with you all a Spectacular Spider-Man fic I really enjoyed. It's Peter/Felicia, Don't Steal My Heart Take The Jewelry Instead, and I really liked it. The characters are believable, the banter is fun, the romance is nicely developed...

Yeah, I definitely loved this one. Especially when I posted it last year, with the exact same title.

I can prove it, too. I know it's hard, but try to spot the difference in writing styles between the "author"'s notes and my own writing.

Summary: Spidey and Cat do a couple things.

It wasn't a date. This was so obvious that it scarcely bore repeating, but Peter repeated it to himself anyway. He was not dating Black Cat. He was not on a date with Black Cat. Black Cat was a very naughty kitty who would probably make a horrible date, what with her kleptomania and her nymphomania and she probably had Hulkamania for good measure.

And he fucked up the summary! It used to be "Spidey and Cat do couples things". Not my best summary, but at least pithy and informative and hopefully intriguing. 'What might these couples things be?' someone might ask, 'Him being a superhero and her being a cat burglar?' Did he actually have the nerve to think he was correcting a spelling error on MY part?

Well, okay, maybe he's just trying to help interested readers find my story. Like... giving a rec! Only retarded. And while I'm not the best writer in the world (yet), his... TYPING does make me look like the result of Steinbeck, Shakespeare, and Homer running a train on Ursula K. Le Guin. Really, this kind of thing happens to everyone, and I shouldn't take it personal--

anyone think that there should be a fic where felica should molestets hell out of Peter? just wondering :D
