Those are some badass posters right there. No floating heads, no emo silhouettes, just a clear concise picture letting you know that Sam Jack is going to throw down.

I know a lot of people are down on Frank Miller's The Spirit because it's 'unfaithful to the source', but unless these people also condemn Adam West's Batman, they're hosers. And like Bryan Singer's adaptations have ever had much to do with the comic books. Yes, the X-Men was totally the story of Logan and Jean's leather-clad forbidden love, and yes, Superman should totally have a bastard son.

Opening day, I'm gonna be there with bells on for two hours of CRACKIFUL AWESOME. The bells are on!

ETA: When the DVD comes out, the commentary shouldn't be over the action, it should randomly cut to video snippets of Frank Miller, Samuel L. Jackson, and Garth Marenghi.
