I don't think it's vampirism so much as Kory being, uh, really into natural loving and being feral and alpha-male he-man loving (of course, she would slap Dick down in a minute if he actually tried to order her around about something important, but she is the princess). Frankly, Dick is lucky Kory shaves. Probably the only way he could convince her to do it was to claim it was an Earth ritual, and even then Kory had to stand around all nakedy and say things like "But it's so haaaaard. Can you show me how it's done, just ooooonce?"
