Not good either... the A-plot was so derivative that I'm not even going to bother to think up an analogy for how derivative it was, I'm just going to steal some synonyms from an online dictionary. Ahem: copied, imitative, inferential, not original, plagiaristic, plagiarized, rehashed, secondhand, uninventive, unoriginal.
I just didn't buy that a bunch of Quakers/Amish, who take strict oaths of nonviolence, would turn to murder for pretty much no reason. I know, meteor rocks driving them crazy, but a whole town? But hey, I guess put a lot of Christians together, they're going to turn into Serialkillerville.
P.S. Hands up if you kept a straight face during the love scene. Because I was all
