seriousficSo I was thinking about what happens during the Missing Year in my Wonder series, because I think in canon all she did was walk around "finding herself" and fuck that. So what I tripped on was that she has a convo with Dinah, talks about how she wants to help people but can't do it as Wonder Woman after the Max Lord thing, so Dinah refers her to Barbara and it's the beginning of a beautiful friendship with benefits. And because Diana has a capital-T Thing about wearing the Diana Trevor W, she gets a tattoo of it that is mostly concealed under her I-Ching jumpsuit which she wears when going on missions as a Bird of Prey. I think she might call herself the White Canary, mainly because she hates the thought that Dinah's entire legacy is in the hands of Lady Shiva/Jade Canary.
Where the "way too much thought" comes into this is exactly how Diana would have sex with the women of the DC universe. My findings...
Diana/Artemis: Artemis would be all about the sex toys, and have a kinky dom/sub thing going on with Diana.
Diana/Io: Io would be more about the touching and foreplay. Lots of "I'M KISSING DIANA EEEEEEEEEE!" and although she'd like the sex, her favorite part would probably be the cuddling. Fingering.
Diana/Dinah: Tribbing. Just a gut feeling.
Diana/Barda: Hard, fast, lots of broken furniture. Rent a hotel room for the weekend, trash it like a rock star, then give a couple thousand dollars to the hotel to fix it up. Scott would be really cool about it, too. Somewhere between "My wife's having sex with Wonder Woman, AWESOME!" and "If it makes Barda happy, I'm fine with that." Then there would be the angsty bit where Barda leaves Wondy to sleep with Scott (because she can love Diana, but she loves Scott) and Diana has no one to cuddle with.

Steph: Just as soon as I download these romantic montage songs onto my iPod, we're going to go run on the beach, then I'll win you a teddy bear at the carnival, then we'll eat spaghetti at the Olive Garden...
