My subconscious writes crackfic

seriousficHey, brain, if you're going to start giving me Supernatural nightmares, I may need a Supernatural icon.
So here's what I can remember, because what's more interesting than hearing a stranger tell you about their dreams? Dean and Sam are for some reason close to the place where Dean got out of hell (a gas station with gate in its name, like GATE-AURO instead of EXXON-MOBIL). Dean is freaked, you know, having flashbacks, but he's trying to hold it together. Then they get attacked by a Transformer.
Possibly not *a* Transformer, but they're on the road and this biomechanical dragon... something like a big rig with the hood elongated into a neck, with a head growing out of it... attacks them. And this thing is a tough mother. Not even Dean's grenade launcher can slow it down. So the thing is breathing fire at them, the boys are getting crispy, Dean's still shooting at it even though his hands are burned, for some reason they're both on the trunk of the car, shooting on it...
When it turns out that it's all a TV show!
Relax, my subconscious isn't that cheap, I'm pretty sure at some point we cut away from the adventures of IRL Dean and Sam to actors portraying them doing the same thing, like that ep with the prophet. So there's a director and assistants and shit and they're all making a Supernatural show inside the SPNverse. And for some reason this requires...

I said wait...
The Winchester COUSINS to be playing their cousins, and kept in a state of ignorance/exploitation by (I guess) the producers. Which I think my subconscious should've saved for a Smallville spin-off dream.
But then, in the break room, someone starts eating a sandwich in a very Metamorphosis-sort of way. Because, see, the show was doing an episode about cannibalism and that was one of the human flesh sandwiches taken from the crime scene. And even as I experienced this in the dream, my consciousness (which I guess though it was actually watching an episode of Supernatural) thought "really, you guys? They wouldn't give that out to guys making a TV show!"
But someone's chowing down on the hero sandwich (now with real hero!) and I realize OH SHI-, the demons are targeting the Winchester cousins! Who are a bit younger than their cousins, if you're following me. And my dream kinda focused on one of the directors and it pretty fucked-up, because he knew something was wrong and he was trying to do the smart thing and get out of there, but he couldn't quite make it. Like, he passed the stabbing in a room where people were getting possessed earlier and he's like "time to go, NOW!" but then he gets hit by a PA who, in the possessed tones of a Scary Black Man (which is coming from a thin white dude, so we've really got a trifecta of HO SHIT! going on here) who berates him for not putting on his jacket properly (which doesn't even make sense WITHIN THE DREAM, so HO SHIT!) as he throws the director down a flight of stairs.
And then I woke up.
I don't remember any female characters, though, so apparently my subconscious is as poor at introducing them as the actual show itself.
