Hogaaaaaan!
Feb. 16th, 2011 04:34 pmSo I saw a post the other day which said people should stop using the phrase Grammar Nazi because it "dismisses the impact Nazis have on the world." Which, two things...
1. I'm pretty sure the only impact Nazis are having on the world at the moment is trying to kill Captain America.
2. Didn't this whole "Nazi as an euphemism for someone who's really strict" thing kick off with the Soup Nazi from Seinfeld? And stop me if I'm wrong, but I think there might have been one or two Jewish people involved with that show.
