I would've, but so much of the fic is centered around Lian and her perspective that knowing something she doesn't (deathfic warning, Dick acting tight-lipped around the subject of Roy) would've destroyed the tension. Now if the fic had begun with Roy dying and then been about Dick, a warning wouldn't have been so spoilery. Hopefully, the summary and the lj-cut quote served as warning enough that the fic wouldn't be about rainbows and hot dogs.
