Her dress was a perfectly mod study in circles. Round cutouts seemed to tease him with what they showed and what they didn't--one opening at her chest, one for each shoulder. Two adjacent ellipses of skin made up the curve of her back.

I'd call it a keyhole back top with shoulder cut outs and bell sleeves. If it's one piece with legs, I'd probably call it a catsuit.
