If black characters on TV were treated like gay characters.
"No, the producers said he was just really tanned."
"Yes, his father was white, but we never saw his mother and her voice on the phone was played by a black actress!"
"You know that character who died in the last episode? She was black!"
"Look, he has jazz instruments in his apartment! You know what that means!"
"Ha ha, it's funny that he's acting like a black guy, but he's not really black! He and Jim are white!"
"Most of my ancestors were black."
