Doomsday? Really?

I presume this is a boss fight you can actually win, so WTF Paul Dini? How is anyone else even a threat after Batman pwns Doomsday, the guy who lays a beatdown on the entire Justice League, slaps around Wonder Woman, and kills Superman. After you've beaten Doomsday, you really have no excuse for spending more than five seconds dealing with, say, the Riddler.

I think it's supposed to be Killer Croc since it kinda looks the DCAU version of him. But you are right in thinking it looks a bit too much like Doomsday.

It can't be. What the hell would Doomsday even be doing in Arkham? It's not like they could sucessfully lock him up.

Doomsday isn't thematically correct for the game, so since everything else seems well constructed, I doubt Zod or Sinistero are going to show up either.
