No, that's Red Hood, or even Catwoman (depending on how far you want to take the Big Badness). Red Hood as Batman's partner-in-training who turns evil... that would be badass. And a nice way around the Robin problem. There would never actually be a kid running around in bright colors saying "Holy rusted metal, Batman!"
