My favorite bits:

Bruised ribs, loose tooth, nothing major. He was lucky that way. None of the Chitauri had been as good at being bad guys as he'd been. Yeah, because Barton is such a badass. ;-)

This wasn't catharsis. It wasn't closure. It was ears popping because you'd just yawned on an airplane. Sometimes, it just took your body a while to acclimate to new pressure.
