It's going to star Michael Fassbinder, and his companion will be Hayley Atwell. One of the two of them will do an American accent. The Time Lord/Gallifrey stuff will be handled in a dreamy prologue LOTR style, introducing both The Doctor and The Master, who will be played by Hugo Weaving.
