*grin* We have a whole year to wait for the movie, but I do like the build-up for the Tony/Steve dynamic.
I'll admit, I was a bit confused at the beginning when Cap said "'Sup," because unless he's doing his best to pick up on "modern" vernacular and instead getting random buzzwords from different decades, I can't see that as being part of his 1940s vocabulary. Later on, though, his dialogue seemed perfectly natural for someone "out of his time."
I am wondering how Tony would react to Steve bringing up his father, and I like how you did it here: nothing loud, considering they're both reminiscing about OTHER important men in their lives, the other ones they have in common: the doctors who inspired them to fight. But it's still worth mentioning, and I think you did a good job of weaving it into the narrative as a whole.
Hey, does anyone know just how many businesses Stark is involved in? I can't keep track of how many things "Stark" is stuck to, like Stark Enterprises, Stark Industries, Stark this, Stark that...he's probably got his fingers in a lot of pies, right?
