I stand corrected on the OT3 part. As for the barmaid scene, I believe seriousfic has explained her motivations for it.

Also, let me just reiterate that I don't believe that the OT3 is the most believable way to make a C/K relationship fly (in reference to your statement below). I simply said that it is one of the ways in which it makes C/K plausible.
