The "Moose und Squirrel" comment was based on the fact that any sort of strong Russian accent from a female character IS going to draw that sort of joke, no matter how impeccably it's done.

Yes, I'm sure the audience would hate it if Tony said something like "I think Moose und Squirrel went that away"...

Hey, at least serving as a punchline would give her something to do for 90% of the movie.
