I think in the end, the biggest impact V is going to have on the cultural discourse (besides ruining Lost... pricks) is introducing new entries into the Evil Overlord List.
1038. I will institute a policy of tough but fair recrimination for my minions, so that if a minion fails in guarding an installation but succeeds in identifying the saboteurs, he won't feel obliged to hunt them down himself instead of informing me immediately.
1039. If I pick out a genetically superior specimen to spawn with, instead of eating him after sex, I'll put on a pot roast beforehand. After all, genetically superior specimens don't grow on trees, and they're hell on the thighs.
