So we're going for a walk, my dog is sniffing around, when suddenly he spots a cat in the immediate vicinity! Millions of years of evolution have prepared him for this. In one deft move, his body tenses and then strikes. Every ounce of predatory instinct in his body has prepared him for this one instant!

*Bonk.*

"It's a lawn ornament, you dumb mutt. It's not a real cat."
